A malicious worm made its way through a large number of Tumblr-hosted Web sites Monday morning, potentially started by a notorious trolling hacker outfit that claimed responsibility. Users who click on infected Tumblr sites are spammed with a flood of racist messages. Tumblr did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but via Twitter, the company said: “We are aware that there is a viral post circulating on Tumblr. We are working to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. Thank you.”
