Samsung Galaxy Note to Get Jelly Bean in New Year —

The Samsung Galaxy Note is set to receive an update that will bring Android Jelly Bean to the phablet. In addition to the latest Android software, the upcoming Premium Suite adds such features found on the newer Galaxy Note II as multi-window support and a pop-up video player. Samsung said on its Web site that the update would be available globally in the second quarter of 2013, but specific timing would vary by market and carrier. The Galaxy Note is currently available from AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S.
